Rudy Houghton: Outside of the sleep quality function being way off, everything else seems to be working fine and we have two of them. The blood pressure feature is surprisingly close as is heart rate and step functions. Timer works flawlessly as do notifications. Yes, if you let your battery run dead you have to repair it... Duh. That takes all of 15 seconds to do. I like the watch and pretty much everything it does. For the price it's thumbs up from me and we've had them for 9 months.

Nancy Sotile: I'm not sure if it is the "smart" (lol) watch or the app or both that is useless. The app says the watch is bound, but 2 or three times a day my steps reset to zero. And the sleep function isn't correct either. I can't figure out what the "Music" is supposed to do. Mine does nothing. Although, if you hold the button down on "Music", it turns something (I don't hear anything lol) on, and the only way to turn whatever it is off is to uninstall and reinstall the app!! Don't buy it!!

Janice McGrew: This app and the watch is awful. Don't buy into their fitness tracker "deal". I had to keep "binding" the watch to the app all day. It never kept the current information. Sleep tracker didn't work. It would change the time from a twelve to twenty four hour setting off and on all day. This was all in twenty four hours of setting it up. Don't waste your time on this.

Joseph Ajiri: Fortunately for me, I had purchased two of these things. Trying to pull off the band to charge the unit, the piece you need to charge the unit came off and that was the end of the first one. The second unit charged, but would not work on my Samsung note 10 plus. No matter how many times I tried to sync with my note 10+, no way and no luck. I had to use an old phone to get it to sync. Just like you, the sleep ? function has never worked.

A Google user: This app is terrible. Wish I had seen the other reviews. It worked for about a week but the watch itself is also extremely spotty. Sometimes it would record my steps, but a lot of times it doesn't. Doesn't sync with the app well. Doesn't record my sleep, which was one of the main reasons I bought it. Doesn't show my texts or phone calls anymore. And now it doesn't even give me the option to bind the device! There's no customer support either! Stay away from this app and the watch.

A Google user: Bummer sleep does not work. The fitness tracker was Easy to set up with the app. There were no instructions in the box but, once I loaded this app it was easy enough to figure out. Nice display on the watch. I can easily read without my glasses. But I was really looking for the sleep option to track my sleep and report it to the app. Reading the reviews, sleep has worked in the past. Hopefully they will get it working again.

A Google user: The app appears to be a huge drain on my cellphone's battery. I never really cared for persistent notification icons running from an app (showing in the upper left of the screen and on the lock screen unable to be dismissed). I rather an app run silently in the background (also, not being a major drain on the battery). In addition, the notifications are haphazard, extremely delayed, or not picked up at all. Since I've been using this device/app, the phone call notification worked one time; the sedentary reminder worked once and then only when I was trying to sleep; Facebook notification worked two or three times and the permission required for this function refuses to stay "on" for some reason (turning itself off after a time); I am unable to get the camera function (timed photo, "Shake for selfie") to work as that function, though present in the app, won't allow it to be selected. The watch/device seems very dependent on the app, so if the app is improved so will the device. Random: For those who are having trouble with the clock showing 24hr format as opposed to 12hr format or vice versa; bring up the clock then long press the button and it switches between the two formats.

A Google user: Just got my tracker. I like the features a lot and am enjoying them, but I don't like the app constantly running. Even when I do a "force stop" it comes back on after a few minutes. I better not use a lot of data because my plan doesn't have unlimited. If it does use a lot of my data, then I will have to throw the tracker away!

A Google user: Sleep tracker doesn't work at all. I worked a night shift and slept directly afterward and it says I didn't sleep at all and woke up more than 40 times during the hours I was working. Is it not able to track daytime sleep?? Blood pressure reading is most likely inaccurate unless I suddenly have much better blood pressure. These issues make me doubt the accuracy of the step tracker. Heart rate is the only thing that seems to work right. Syncing with my phone doesn't always work right.

A Google user: It was confusing to connect the app to the watch, I connected it once but then couldn't get it back bound after it disconnected itself. In the app it still says there's one smart band bound, but it wouldn't synchronize and nothing works as it keeps saying telling me to bind the watch first (which I couldn't). Also, there's a firmware upgrade that took forever to load until 100% (took 50% of my phone battery). But then nothing happens after it reaches 100% and I had to reopen the app, which shows I still haven't upgraded my firmware... Wasted all my time since I have to stay on the app screen to upgrade it!!
