Seth Bridges: This would be a fantastically fun game if it weren't so frustrating. A game this involved needs a much more robust tutorial. It teaches you the stuff that's easy to figure out (taking off, firing weapons) but none of the hard stuff (how to navigate back to your target for a second pass without waypoints, how to maneuver and evade enemy aircraft). Even what they do tell you is pretty minimal, so the learning process is mainly trial and error.

Devin Chesky: I like the overall game play and graphics. I like the realism of it, but I'm only on mission 8 of the campaign and the tilt option for controls just quit. I can't use the tilt option for flight controls, the game doesn't pick it up and my plane just flies itself into the ground. Calibrating it doesn't help. It was great until then. The stick option isn't all that great either.

Yello Mellow: New review. I've gotten a little further within the game, the gold they give you isn't necessarily enough for proper upgrades but I guess you can't really complain about it. Great game, still a little unrealistic on certain elements. It doesn't allow you to do maneuvering or any crazy tricks unfortunately, but the battles are pretty "scary" and builds up adrenaline I can say for sure.

James Hustler: Awesome game with an awesome selection of planes to choose from. The missions are fun, challenging, and it is a very addictive game. However, it doesn't go without its issues/complaints. I wish the flight controls were more realistic, that you can remove ads, and it didn't cost fuel to play missions. Yeah, you can pay with your credit card to get gold or credits, and refuel your energy but I absolutely HATE this feature. Do away with the limited fuel/energy and I will give it 5 stars.

A Google user: It's a fun game, but the waypoints take too much time to reach and they take away from the gameplay. I don't want to spend 2 minutes trying to get a waypoint, die, and then take another 2 minutes trying to get back. If I fail a mission, I don't try it again because of how long it takes because of the waypoints. You should get rid of the waypoints and put the enemies closer so you don't have to spend so half of every level flying towards a dot in the sky.

A Google user: The only killer of this game is that it double charges you for fuel if you have to leave the game and return later. Fix that, and it'll be a good game. Otherwise, no good. (response): I am aware of that, however... really, who wants to watch extra ads? It would be inevitable to watch them, so no double-dipping. Nobody likes ads. I know it's your revenue, but I'd rather pay for it... [Update] getting better, but - mission 6 is missing the bomb reticule. Is this a bug?

A Google user: The game is excellent, but the controls are difficult. Edit: I read your comment, and I have tried as suggested. The only problems with the controls is the lack of maneuverability of some aircraft and the over-accuracy of gunners aboard enemy bombers and ships. So, some suggestions would be to make it so that while in touch mode and not tilt, my finger can leave the small circle and still be controlling the aircraft, as long as I touched and held in the circle. Also, A bit more "wild" gunfire from opponents would be greatly appreciated. Would recommend! Edit 2: I have done that but the maneuverability of the aircraft is still sub-par to their real life counterparts.

A Google user: This game has potential to be the best WWII fighter game! I think you would have a legendary game if you added a couple features, such as : 1) The ability to look around. 2) Not unlimited ammo (more realism) 3) More technical supports for each plane. 4) More realistic AI. 5) The ability to do aerobatics. The game is great, however. Thank you!!

A Google user: This game is overall a very solid mobile WWII flight simulator. The controls are very simple, so even someone that isn't familiar with these games can play. The graphics, while not amazing, are good for a game designed for mobile devices There is a decent size selection of both American and Japanese planes, as well as a campaign for both nations. Thing I would like to see are separate controls for flaps and landing gear as an option, and 2 ideas for new planes: SBD Dauntless, a dive bomber that could make good use of flap controls as well as carry a few small bombs. And the Japanese counterpart, the Val dive bomber. I hope this review helps someone out.

A Google user: Over all it is a fun game. The graphics are good, the controls are easy enough to use. My biggest complaint would be that some of the missions are pretty time consuming and when you die you have start over completely. It would be nice on the longer mission if there were checkpoints or if there weren't so many multi-goal missions. Another thing that would be cool is if you could apply custom graphics or skins to your aircraft to personalize it some. Maybe you could win them in the missions or have them hidden in the free flight section.
