Lisa Bell: The last update screwed up the game completely. The updates have never affected me before. Now, I can't even play without it freezing up in the middle of the game or on every word you try to form. It's very frustrating when your competing against one of your best competitors. I've been playing this game for years and even with protest, I dealt with the bombard of ads that constantly pop up. However, I'm now about to delete the game and replace it with something else. Please fix immediately.

Ben Medina: Great game, but everytime I click anywhere on the god damn screen a different add pops up. I'm not even mad about that. The worse part is that i can't skip the adds, when i try to skip the adds it takes me to download them, and it's soooo bad i can't even exit the game because of the adds. I get that you need to make money but at least make the game playable.

Amy Bellin: I came back after a months-long break from playing and I don't remember it having as many ads as I'm now seeing. I don't mind having to watch an ad now and then in exchange for a free game, but it is excessive. You get stuck watching these 30-second long ads in between EVERY GAME and the only way to get it off your screen is to close the app. I'm done. Uninstalled.

Ellen Radcliff: It's a good game if you don't mind repetitive playing boards. When trying to get bonus points, which you need for competitive play, the ads that you have to watch have gotten long, and on some you have to press "next" to get to the second part of the ad to continue watching before you can collect your 15 points. The game itself is fun though.

Nicole Jach: I've played this game for years. The daily rewards gift box has always worked for years. Mine has now been inactive or grayed out for almost 2 weeks. I have been unable to earn coins or get any help from support. They just told me there are no videos available which is not true. All the other players in team play say their rewards boxes are working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times which performs the necessary updates. Still nothing, no help, no fix from on the back end.

Spencer P: Used to be my favorite game as well. I still enjoy playing but you need to fix the algorithms for team play. Im a high rated player and most recently lost twice as many matches as I won, which resulted in losing all my chips. How do you expect people to play ( or even watch ads!) when you take all their chips??? And, sorry, but giving 10 chips for free doesn't really help someone play all that much. I'll consider more stars if any changes actually get made. ?

Lisa Stokes: Too many bugs. I have to log back in after every round, it shuts down after I watch the videos for the extra 20 secs & I never get my 20 secs. I had this app before yrs ago and it was a little better than this, but overall. I enjoyed playing back then & I enjoy playing, but would like to have all these issues resolved. **Update...When playing in the tournaments, it states that the winning team will receive 3000 chips/coins, but we never receive anything near that amount. Stop cheating us.

Judi Studeny: After woking for 32 years, I felt that mind had slowed down. Recalling names had become tortuous. My son showed me Ruzzle and pretty soon I was playing every day. Very soon my mind was back working as quickly as ever. I've played for years now. Sadly though, it's become too expensive to play very often on a fixed income. Hopefully, we could purchase a Silver Version 1.0 of the original game for Silver Citizens, and there are alot of us. Younger people would still want the new, expanded version.

A Google user: i like the game overall, i use to play when it first came out i think. now it's filled with ads! its ridiculous with the amount of ads they have. ad after every single round you play and you're forced to watch them unless you close out the app. EDIT: also, besides the ads, more color tiles for one. coins are kind of pointless & so is the ink after awhile. add more ways to use it besides tournaments. also, switch the boards up more. it seems like the same letters are on the board,

A Google user: Love this game but recently it has been messing up a lot! Also, in the middle of playing a game, ads pop up now! UPDATE: I see your response dated 2/6/19. You are not understanding! I know you need ads to keep it free in between games! What is happening is WHILE I'm playing someone, the game stops and shows an ad and then resumes the game!! And now, the game I'm playing stops completely and I'm kicked out in about every other game I play!!!
