Our goal for Lord of Heroes was to capture the essence of what games are.

Games can be merely something you enjoy when you're bored or have time to kill, but they can also inspire and influence you in ways that books, TV, online videos, and other media can't.
When I say that, I speak from experience; I became a game developer thanks to the games that inspired me.
The most beloved and highly revered games always find a way to show us something new amidst the familiar, which is exactly what we wanted to do with Lord of Heroes.

Rather than have players step into the role of an unassuming hero who saves the world, we decided to have players take on the role of a monarch who revolutionizes a fallen world.
When designing our characters, we wanted to avoid making them seem overly violent or sexual, and instead focus on diversity and individuality.
As for the gameplay, we worked to design the game in a way that players could progress without having to spend a great amount of time playing.

Some people might not like the game for not having suggestive or violent content, or for not requiring all of your time.

Maxias Slomannyy: It's one of my most favorite games. It has such a good story, the battle animations are amazing, and the characters are just the purest souls. Although, I would like there to be an option to start the game over completely. Like it deletes the profile cause I like using the same name for my character, and when I restarted the game, I couldn't since it currently existed. Or there should at least be an option to replay the full story, like cut scenes and all(Thats why I start over since I forget).

Aubree Hill: pros: Great character customization, darker skintones are supported, characters appearance is seen throughought the game (ie, every image of your character is exactly how you customized them to look instead of the default protagonist that you see on the cover of the app) - Graphics are great. Almost up there with Genshin. Cons: Tutorial is a bit lengthy. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to get to the settings menu. The game seems to crash when I get ready to do raids.

Aaron H: Nice game with a lot of content, interesting characters and good storyline. My only complaint is all the upgrading and levelling up the characters is so tedious and time consuming. By the time I get through upgrading each character and their individual equipment and abilities, I'm tired of playing and turn the game off. It would be really great if everything just upgraded automatically.

Beetroot 108: I'm sorry for giving this game a low rating. It's a well built game with amazing visuals, fights, and story line. The only reason for the low rating is the consistant crashes I seem to get from this game. I played the game for five minutes and it crashed three times within those five minutes. When your game crashes it makes you lose any battles you're in the process of trying to complete, and you miss all of the story line. Again, this game is amazing, but I can barely even play it.

Kenneth Freeman: I like the game, the concept is great and the graphics are top notch. But this game has a serious pay wall when it comes to getting new characters, leveling and upgrading them. There is no way around it, you either buy the crystals to unlock SOME or you pay almost 50 dollars for others and their upgrade materials. Even doing daily dungeons and missions doesn't yield a lot in the way up leveling or upgrading materials. The contract for 5 star characters tried to combat this, but it doesn't.

Mike Que: Typical pay to win game. The first hour or two of playing is great! Your team levels up quick, you get great gear, and you defeat enemies quick. But instead of gradually increasing the difficulty, you hit a wall of overpowered enemies and you lose all your money trying to level up you characters and gear. I give this game a month before people stop playing it.
